FireFox is an excellent Internet browser which is available for free from Mozilla.com .

If you don't have a copy of Microsoft PowerPoint, you can still view documents created with it by using this free PowerPoint Viewer available directly from Mircrosoft.

Opera is an excellent Internet browser which is available for free download.

FIles ending in a ".zip" extension are commonly referred to as "zipped" files. This is a way of compressing one or more files into a single download in order to make the downloading process go faster. However, the files must be "unzeipped", that is uncrompressed before you can use them. WinZip is a product commonly used to "zip" and "unzip" files.
