Translated from Latin means "Criminal Solicitation"
[Note: This was translated and commented on by someone named "˜Teeem' and who referred to themselves as a "Recovering Catholic". By their knowledge of this document and Roman Catholicism, it is quite possible this person is a former RC priest or very knowledgeable layman that served in the church to some capacity. I have also edited out a number of curse words and vulgarities surrounding the issue at hand. It is quite evident that this person translating the piece was/is not saved and very angry. The original posting was from March 2009 "“ BE ALERT!]
The headline reads " For all Patriarchs, Archbishops, Bishops, and other Diocesan Ordinaries 'even of the oriental rite' ---Instruction on the manner of proceeding in cases of solicitation----Vatican Press, 1962"

The Lord Jesus Christ warned His followers, "Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves (Matt. 7:15). The warning was important because Jesus later said to them: "Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; therefore be shrewd as serpents, and innocent as doves" (Matt. 10:16). The apostle Paul, with a deeply troubled spirit and in tears, penned a similar warning: "I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock" (Acts 20:29). Throughout church history these warnings concerning professing Christians who deceive even the elect have seldom been taken seriously. How can the church be so easily deceived? According to Webster's Dictionary "deceive" means "to lead astray or to cause to accept as true or valid what is false or invalid." Could it be the church has not only lost its ability to discern truth from error but also to discern wolves from sheep?

In his youth Joseph Ratzinger, alias Pope Benedict XVI, wore the swastika and the uniform of a Nazi and fought for Hitler and the Third Reich. This is beyond dispute. What is disputed is whether or not he did so willingly.

THE CLOYNE REPORT ON THE BISHOP AND THE VATICAN: TOUGH NEW laws to force the disclosure of information on child sexual abuse are to be introduced in response to another damning report on the failure of the Catholic Church to protect child abuse victims.
The withholding of information about serious offences against a child will be made a criminal offence, Minister for Justice Alan Shatter announced yesterday following the publication of the report on the handling of sex abuse claims in the diocese of Cloyne.
Further measures, including a statutory child protection code, are to be announced by Minister for Children Frances Fitzgerald tomorrow.
The report found that the Bishop of Cloyne, John Magee, misled the minister for children by claiming the church's guidelines for handling abuse cases were being fully complied with. It also found he falsely told the Health Service Executive (HSE) that allegations of abuse were being reported to gardaÃÂ.
In fact, two-thirds of complaints made between 1996 and 2008 were not reported to the Garda and no complaint was passed to the HSE during this period.
The report accuses the Vatican, through its opposition to the Irish bishops' procedures for handling child sexual abuse, of giving comfort to dissenters within the church who did not want to implement them. In a secret letter to the bishops, Rome describes the 1996 rules as "merely a study document" and not official.

There is something strangely missing in the debate presently raging about the Murphy Report. We hear legal debates based on Civic Law, Canon Law and Moral Law. But no one is referring back to the Law of God or the simple words of Jesus himself in trying to put a context on all of this repulsive abuse that children have suffered at the hands of these so called Christian leaders.
It is"haggios" in the Greek New Testament , "kodesh" in Hebrew Tanakh, and "sanctus" in the Latin Vulgate. Call them "kadoshim" or call them "saints" , it still means "holy ones" and Scripture calls all of those redeemed and sanctified by Christ through The Holy Spirit "Saints".
The Roman Catholic church however, has a different definition from the scriptural one. To the papacy it is elevating someone to the doctrinal authority of the Word of God by pronouncing them as "canon". Much as Romanism teaches an unscriptural priesthood apart from the priesthood of all believers, it likewise teaches a separate status of sainthood apart from the sainthood of all believers taught in God's Word.

So what else should be expected from a pope who in his youth wore a swastika, the uniform of a Nazi, and fought for Hitler and the Third Reich, who now heads the same church that perpetrated the Inquisitions, and who operates from the same Vatican that shielded Nazi war criminals from justice with its infamous "Rat Lines"? When has the apostate Church of Rome ever NOT hated Jews? The latest Vatican action simply promulgates and continues their long, evil history. So what else should be expected from a harlot church who fundamentally rejects the Word of God? It stands to reason that if Rome rejects the Bible it will reject that the Scripture teaches the biblical land is the land of Israel, not an Islamic-Arab, redefined Palestine.

VATICAN CITY (AP) "” The Vatican said Wednesday the seizure by police of euro23 million ($30 million) from a Vatican bank account and the investigation of two top bank officials was due to a simple misunderstanding that should be clarified quickly.
In a front-page article Wednesday, the Vatican newspaper L'Osservatore Romano also provided details about the investigation, saying it began when the Bank of Italy tipped off authorities to a possible violation of anti-money laundering norms by the Vatican bank.

The Root of the Conflict Between "Holy Mother Church" and the Martyrs with An Overview of Her Charges Against the "Heretics" & Their Response, coupled with The Characterization of the Roman Catholic Church According to the Book Commonly Called Foxe's Book of Martyrs
In Stirling Scotland, about two hundred yards outside the main gate of Stirling Castle, is a strange looking pyramid structure that stands in Holyrood Church Cemetery. The pyramid is a monument dedicated to all those who gave their lives in pursuit of religious freedom. As I stood there silently, my thoughts turned to thankfulness for those who were martyred for their faith, paving the way for the religious freedom that I enjoy in my country, the United States of America. The roots and trunk of that struggle are recorded in the pages of The Ecclesiastical History: Containing The Acts and Monuments of Martyrs: With A general Discourse of these latter Persecutions, horrible Troubles and Tumults, stirred up by Romish Prelates in the Church by John Foxe. In 1563, England was stirred by the appearance of this book which was dedicated to Queen Elizabeth.
