An employment tribunal in Britain has ruled that a belief in public service broadcasting is equivalent to religious faith:
Its extraordinary decision elevates the BBC's core principle to a place in the law equivalent to Christianity"¦

There are 4 Laws that affect everyone.
- The Consequences of Unforgiven Sin.
- The Consequences of Living in a Fallen/Defective World
- The Forces of Evil.
- The law of Free Will.
You can run, but you can't hide from these. No exemptions. Real laws, powerful.
In the past Moriel has reckoned Rob Bell to be just another of the false teachers deceiving the church that the Lord warned would arise in The Last Days. He has unfortunately since become what Steve Chalk is in the UK, an arch instrument of Satan in spiritually seducing Christian youth with his "pseudo hip pseudo theology". This doctrinally ignorant figure is as dangerous as he is deluded.

My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting, that I might not be delivered up to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm. (John 18:36)
These, of course, are the words of Jesus as He stood before the Roman prefect Pontius Pilate. Pilate, finding no legal grounds on which to condemn Jesus, tries several times to wiggle his way out of enacting capital punishment before finally giving in to the frenzied Sanhedrin, the ruling Jewish religious establishment who demanded His death. Jesus makes clear that it was the religious leaders -not Pilate- who bore the greater culpability in seeing their own Messiah put to death. The civil government was a tool in the hand of a backslidden religious establishment.

EDITOR'S NOTE: The following story is being posted in conjunction with Sanctity of Human Life Sunday (Jan. 16) in the Southern Baptist Convention.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (BP)--At some point in 2010 -- 37 years removed from the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision -- a doctor in the United States performed the nation's 53 millionth legal abortion, a sobering stat that ethicists say should drive the public to speak up for the unborn.
The statistic is based on data compiled by the Guttmacher Institute, a pro-choice organization whose studies are acknowledged by most major pro-life organizations.
The nation's abortion rate reached a peak of 1.6 million in 1990 and has steadily fallen in most years ever since, although Guttmacher's latest data, from 2008, showed the abortion rate had risen slightly to 1,212,000 million from 1,206,000 in 2005, the most recent data point. Because Guttmacher no longer releases abortion data every year, the 53 million figure is based on assumptions that the abortion rate remained relatively unchanged in 2009 and 2010.
The 1973 Roe decision, coupled with the companion Doe v. Bolton ruling, legalized abortion nationwide for effectively any reason during all nine months of pregnancy.
"Fifty-three million is the population of a medium-size country. Imagine the outcry if the people of Spain (46.1 million people) were destroyed by another nation," C. Ben Mitchell, professor of moral philosophy at Union University in Jackson, Tenn., and a consultant to the Southern Baptist Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, told Baptist Press. "Yet most of the world is silent about the destruction of the unborn. Christian love demands that we weep compassionately for the unborn, pray fervently that the killing would stop, work urgently for alternatives to abortion, and become the voice of the unborn in the public square."
The United States has one of the highest abortion rates for the developed world and also some of the world's most liberal abortion laws.
The Guttmacher 2008 data, released this year, also showed that 17 percent of all non-hospital abortions were chemical abortions -- that is, abortions performed using the abortion drug RU-486. RU 486, also known as mifepristone, is used as the first part in a two-step process in the first seven weeks of pregnancy. Mifepristone causes the lining of the uterus to release the embryonic child, resulting in his or her death. A different drug, misoprostol, is taken two days after mifepristone and causes a woman's uterus to contract, expelling her baby.
"Too many of us fail to realize the magnitude of abortion's impact on society," said Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission.

IN A LANDMARK DECISION, DEFENDANT BETHEL ASSEMBLY - MASSENA, NEW YORK, WINS SUIT INITIATED BY PLAINTIFFS GEORGE WOOD AND DUANE DURST IN NEW YORK STATE SUPREME COURT.
Without care or concern for the Word of God[i], the Assemblies of God continues to bring defenseless Churches and pastors into courts of law in order seize property and assets. An alarming trend with no end in sight, AOG leaders demand that their ministers - "Sue As I Say," but not "Sue As I Sue." Holding to a Biblical position in theory only, their practice is completely opposite from what their "position" paper states[ii] as well as the Word of God.
Jesus reserved His harshest castigation for those who oppressed the people of God with their double standards and duplicity with regard to their authority over the people of God. This includes their insincere and deceitful treatment of Scripture. The Bible records in Matthew 23:1- 3 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, "The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not." In this chapter, our Lord Jesus directed unabated anger that exploded from His Holy lips, against the arrant hypocrisy of the leaders of Israel.
How is it, the AOG leaders believe they can violate the Word of God, their own "position paper," and the trust of their ministers and Churches, and stand before God- blameless?[iii] One day, God will judge. For now, you can judge for yourself.

[iii] Rom 2:1- 3 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

As Americans gather with their families to celebrate Christmas, the Rev. Franklin Graham decries the continuing cultural "war" against Christ and his believers.
The campaign against Christianity rages "not just in America, but in many countries around the world," the noted evangelist and son of world-renowned preacher Billy Graham declares during an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV.
Also during his Christmas message to America via Newsmax, Graham reveals that his inspirational father fully intends to return to the pulpit. The last time the elder Graham preached was in July 2006, during a revival at Baltimore's Camden Yards. But Franklin says his father's joy during the Christmas season remains undiminished.
"My father loves Christmas because we're celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, and my father, his entire life has been about sharing this wonderful message of God's love for the world," he says.

The official journal for the Assemblies of God church declares Simon's coming on its cover under the headline: The Cowell Factor.
