American Indians Ridiculed by Mormons

Mormon missionaries seek Indian converts by claiming that the book of
Mormon tells about their ancestors. The introduction describes the
Lamanites in this fantasy story as "the principal ancestors of the
American Indians." (Also D&C 3:18-20; 19:27; 28:8; 32:2-3; 54:8; & 57).

Joseph Smith felt contempt for dark skin (Joseph Smith, History of the
Church, Vol. 5, pp.218-219; The Way to Perfection, pp.110-111). To him Indians were a "dark, and loathsome, and a filthy people, full of
idleness and all manner of abominations" (book of Mormon, 1 Nephi 12:23). The book of Mormon is a story about good white guys, bad dark guys and their changing skin colors through conversions. Native peoples are described as the evil, filthy, shiftless, degenerate savages who exterminated all of the whites, except for Moroni. The white race is
described as being delightsome, beautiful, and exceedingly fair, even as
being like Jesus in 3 Nephi 19:30. This is not the true Jesus of the
Bible, but the blue-eyed German-looking imposter of Mormonism.

More recently, the only Indian serving on the General Authority in the
LDS church exposed the continuation of this vile racism! George P. Lee, a Navajo warned, "You are slowly causing a...spiritual slaughter" promoting "white supremacy." (The Provo Daily Herald, Sep. 3, 1989).

Prophecies and Testimonies

Mormon white supremacy teaches that righteousness relates to skin!
Ignorantly, the "scripture" taught in Mormon churches narrows the races down to just two, black or white! The racist Mormon god curses with dark skin for siding with Satan in an imaginary LDS pre-existence. Biblically, God blots out all of a true Christian's transgressions and the sin will not be remembered against them (Isaiah 43:25).

Indians accepting Mormonism become "white and delightsome" according to (2 Nephi 30:5-7). The LDS 1981 cover-up changed "white" to "pure". History, the cross-references, and the context clearly demonstrate that Smith's intent was about skin (as 3 Nephi 2:14-16). An official LDS magazine warned of immediate errors! "Most students of latter-day scriptures are aware that from the very first printing typographical errors have crept into the Book of Mormon." (The Ensign, Oct. 1981, pp.17-18). Why if there were really the Golden Plates, Urim and Thummim, a Seer Stone, word-for-word dictation, prophetic control, and Mormon printing? And why those great doctrinal changes?

The book of Mormon says those marrying Lamanites get the same mark and have dark children (2 Nephi 5:21-23; Jacob 3:3-9; Alma 3:6-10; Mormon 5:15-17). If true, there would never be part-Indians, only full-bloods! The book of Mormon is genetically false. Where are all the white Native Americans who lost the Mormon curse by converting to Mormonism? Time is a really great enemy to lying prophets! (More prejudice: 1 Nephi 11:13,23; 13:15; Alma 3:6-19; 23:18; 3 Nephi 19:25).

Prophet Kimball tried to fulfill the failed prophecy by making it gradual, "The day of the Lamanites is nigh. For years they have been growing delightsome, and they are now becoming white and delightsome, as
they were promised. In this picture of the twenty Lamanite missionaries,
fifteen of the twenty were as white as Anglos; five were darker but
equally delightsome. The children in the home placement program in Utah are often lighter than their brothers and sisters in the hogans on the reservation. One white elder jokingly said that he and his companion were donating blood regularly to the hospital in the hope that the process might be accelerated." (Spencer W. Kimball, "The Day of the Lamanites," The Improvement Era, Dec. 1960, p.923). How offensive! And the LDS church teaches that people without God's blessings are still turning dark (The "Juvenile Instructor" 26:635).

What god is behind LDS "scripture"? The Pearl of Great Price incredibly
describes the black "people of Canaan" as pre-flood and in Enoch's own day (Moses 7:12,22; Abraham 1:21,27). Silly! We ask, how then did the "seed of Cain" or "people of Canaan" survive the flood to become the descendants of Noah's grandson Canaan in the Bible? Canaan's lineage is biblically traced through Seth anyway, not Cain.

Joseph Smith added racial hate to the KJV Bible in Genesis 7:10,14,29;
9:30. (Note samples of his changes found at the end of the Mormon

Brigham Young continued the viciousness. He declared, "There is a curse on these aborigines of our country…God cursed them with this dark and benighted and loathsome condition." (Discourses of Brigham Young, by John A. Widtsoe, pp.122-123.) "Brigham Young" University?

Journal of Discourses, Vol.7, pp.290-291). John Taylor the third LDS prophet said dark skin represents Satan! (Journal of Discourses, 5:332; 22:304).

Brigham Young had the LDS worshipping Adam as God for 25 years! Blind souls! President Kimball condemned it as a false doctrine (Ensign, Nov. 1976, p.77). Need we say more? (Journal of Discourses, Vol.1, pp.50-51, 1854).

Brigham Young (LDS church) initiated the murders at Mountain Meadows.

Brigham Young prophesied the slaves would not be freed from the Civil
War. (Journal of Discourses, Vol.10, p.250). Mormonism seeks credibility by Joseph Smith and shallow LDS testimonies bear false witness that he was a true prophet. God's Word bears greater testimony that if a man utter one prophecy that does not
come true, he is a false prophet! According to God what does that make Joseph Smith and Brigham Young? False prophets start false churches! What does God say about the lake of fire, false prophets and those who follow them? Read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

JewishIndian Lamanites?

Mormons think Native Americans came from degenerate Jews. LDS
"scientists" fit the book of Mormon story to perpetuate the myth. The
video "Ancient America Speaks" is shown by LDS missionaries to thousands of prospective proselytes. "Ether" in the book of Mormon is an unbelievable tale about crossing the ocean in tiny boats with holes in
the bottom, and hauling Jewish families with swine, flocks and herds!
Imagine over an eleven-month supply of food, fresh water, and stacks of hay and grain! Driven by winds, they tumble dangerously through the seas. Yet they make it alive and all in one place??

Friends, Indians never were Jews! A genetic researcher, Douglas Wallace of Emory University in Atlanta, stated "nearly all American Indians are descendants of a single small band of pioneers who walked across what is now the Bering Strait from Asia..." (Las Vegas Review Journal, 27 July 1990, p. 9A). The Smithsonian says "There is no solid evidence for immigration via other routes involving long sea voyages (prior to the Norse arrivals from Greenland and Newfoundland about A.D. 1000). ("Origin of the American Indians," National Museum of Natural History-Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C., 1985, p. 1.)

Of the many research labs from around the world, scientists with no bias have no studies supporting the book of Mormon. Nothing in the New World excavation ever suggests that it is true, and never will! Linguists find no corresponding phonetics between the Hebrew and Indian languages. Ancient Indians never wrote Mormon record books either; they used pictures to communicate.

Most Mormons are totally naive about the last hundred years of scientific research demonstrating that the book of Mormon history on the Indians is purely imaginative fiction. Mountains of anthropology, archeology, historical, cultural, genetic, morphological and dental evidences point to the Indians as coming from Asia.

Mormonism Unbelievable!

Why are some LDS scholars doubting the history of the book of Mormon? "...as far as I know there is not one professionally trained
archaeologist, who is not a Mormon, who sees any scientific justification for believing the foregoing to be true, and I would like to state that there are quite a few Mormon archaeologists who join this group." (Michael Coe, "Mormons and Archeology: An Outside View," Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought, Vol.8, No.2, Summer 1973, p.42). Non-Mormon archeologists find nothing true about the book of Mormon! Tom Fergusonwas a Mormon archaeologist who tried to find physical evidence for the book of Mormon. He spent many years searching then lost his LDS faith. Gavin, a molecular biologist, was a bishop who left the LDS church over the lack for evidence to the Mormon story. Brent Metcalfe researched many scientific reports to learn about the Indians descending from Jews. He was shocked to find that no scientific studies agreed with the Mormon stories! His report to the LDS church got him excommunicated.

Laminites and DNA

The book of Mormon is fully debunked! World scientists from at least 20 research groups tested the mitochondrial DNA from over 4000 Indians and nearly 100 tribes. More DNA was extracted from ancient Indian bones. Another 500 Indians have been tested in Central and South America, including the Maya. There are no Hebrew-Indians, as our Indians came from Asia!
