I don't want to sound too theological but I think Israel is already in Jacob's troubles probably since the holocaust even though the nation itself came into existance in 1948. the situation and circumstances Israel has always existed since then have always been precarious and it can only get worse. The way the moslems are pushing the western countries to turn against Israel is alarming to say the least and countries like Britain are already singing an alien song. Its only a matter of time before the Jews realise that its only the GOD of their fathers who will protect and save them not these westerners who have already sold their souls to the devil by equating the Islamic god with our ALMIGHTY GOD.
MAY GOD strengthen the hand that stands for Israel and may he bless all those who pray for the Jews.

"Great" Britain has been blessed for centuries, not because Great Britain has any particular merit to present to God, but because He has used this country to thwart the intentions of satan to revive the 'holy' Roman Empire, and use it to defeat God's plan for salvation. The way that the administration in Europe is now heading, shows clearly that Britain is now under enormous attack, satan knows his time is short, and is bringing things to a head in one last colossal attempt to survive, by this we can be sure that the time is near, very near, and that the time for the blessing of the U.K. might just be drawing to a close. Read Ezek.26:17-18, - I believe the British Isles need to take notice, to repent and to return to God.

The following quote is taken from an article called "CHAOS IN THE WORLD'S LEADING TRADE CENTRE." at site www.revelations.org.za.Trumpets.htm.
"Jerusalem, 27 Adar 5761 (22 March 2001) - Shofar blasts at the Western Wall and in yeshivot (Bible Colleges), synagogues and religious schools throughout Israel, announced and celebrated the declaration by the Gedolei Yisrael (Great Ones of Israel) to formally recognize the beginning of the "Time of Jacob's trouble." The singing of Psalms mingled with the wails of repentance, with tears and cries of the worshippers." Hopefully this will answer your question.
Renier van Eeden, South Africa
I pray daily that Israel may understand that they do not need any help from the U.S.A. or any other military power. Their help is in Adonai Yave, who still is their faithful King. I rejoice to see that the "Time of Jacob's Trouble" is approaching so fast, because I know from the Word of God that it is during that time of trouble, the Jewish people will finally see whom they have pierced and they will receive Him as their true and only Messiah. I love Israel and I pray for the peace of Jerusalem every day.
Bernard, Poland
My view of the current events in Israel are she is near to the time of Jacob's trouble. God has and will continue to work out His will for Israel, but we must also pray. I am pro Israel, but I do not always agree with the current decisions made by her current leadership. We as christians must continue to pray for and support Israel. I believe that God will do the correcting of her leadership. It is so wonderful to know that though Israel will go through a terrible time, a remnant will be saved. Then Yeshua will rule on the throne of David and finally bring to Israel her Godly leadership.

Where did the ten lost tribes of Israel go? Isn't it within the realm of possibility that the Palestinians are at least partially "Jewish" and therefore entitled to the land also?
James Brinkley
I believe we are in the closing time on earth. Our Messiah's second coming is closer than all of us think. It is also indeed possible that Jeremiah's prophecy is in the process of being fulfilled. What annoys me most, though, is the one-sided propaganda the Palestinians are sending into the world, pulling the nation of Israel through the mud and making them look like murderers. I have already contacted the Israeli ambassador about it as well as BeyAchad Community Centre and passed on the powerpoint file I received by e-mail.

Following two word wars, the Middle East was carved up with little understanding of the Biblical physical boundary (the promised land) which God gave to His chosen people.
If the USA, UK, Australia and the U.N. would unite to resettle (finance the move and provide houses) those who oppose Israel outside God's borders, it would make complete sense.
Those Arabs, Christian or empathetic would then need protection under Israeli rule.
Muslims would have to abandon their mosque in Jerusalem, but allowed to rebuild elsewhere.
I cannot imagine there would be peace as there is only peace in Jesus Christ, but it could not be worse than the present situation.
Robert, Australia
I can really see the hand of God in the present situation. I believe that through the present actions of Israel toward Hamas we are just beginning to see the start of the nations of the world turning against God's chosen and heralding in Jacob's Trouble. God still is on the throne. God is still Sovereign. Israel is still His chosen people. God's Word will not return to Him unfulfilled. We must be careful not to join in with the world in "poking a finger in God's eye" and also search the scriptures to ensure we are praying that perfect will of God for the nations. I agree wholeheartedly that we must pray without ceasing for God's good toward His people.

Can fundamental Islam co-exist with the reign of the antichrist? Would fundamental Islam allow a multifaith dictator to rule over its subjects or will Islam be eliminated for the coming one world government to take control?

I do enjoy this website in general, this may well be the beginning of Jacobs trouble, but it will bring a greater time of trouble on an ungodly, unbelieiving, unrepentant world. Is this not also a time when more Jews are reciving the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour than ever before?
Samuel Flanagan
From what I see in that Beloved Book, the Bible, the time of Jacob's trouble will commence extremely suddenly as a woman's birth pangs do. I believe that we are in some stage of the preceding 'pregnancy' and that perhaps the 'beginning of sorrows' has already begun. Because this time of unparallelled great tribulation will be preceeded by certain events such as the hatred of the Jews by all nations, and a subsequent false protective peace, it does seem likely that such hatred of Israel and sympathy with her enemies (that we increasingly find today) may be the lead up to the catalyst that will eventually begin those 3 and a half years of Jacob's trouble. If one reads the prophecies of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Zechariah, Joel etc. it would appear that a state of calamity not just in Israel but upon the whole earth will be present just prior to and consecutive with the end time dealings of God with His people. Surely we see today the birth pangs of this also, when all nations will be in distress. There is certainly an escalation towards the fulfillment of God's Word concerning these end time events and for myself, I think the instruction to true Christians at this time is to witness, watch and pray!
Gillian, England
Yes, I do believe that the time of Jacob's Trouble is near, and that it's shadow has already been cast over the people of Israel as has been seen for many years. I can only see that it will continue to escalate in the coming years as the situation becomes everso more desperate.
May we all pray for many to receive salvation through Yeshua to in the Land of Israel.
Tim, UK
"If I forget you Israel let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth, let my right hand loose it's strengh." For every person that believes in Yeshua, as Messiah, studies the Bible, and studies from this knowledgeable website, it is clear that Yisrael is in the Time of Yacov's Trouble.

It's fine for the USA to vow revenge on anyone who perpetrates acts of terror against them, but when Israel wishes to retaliate against the Muslims who are constantly threatening its desire to even exist, the USA starts making threatening noises back toward Israel.

I am so fed up with the hypocrisy of the western countries and their stance on Israel. It's fine for the USA to vow revenge on anyone who perpetrates acts of terror against them, but when Israel wishes to retaliate against the Muslims who are constantly threatening its desire to even exist, the USA starts making threatening noises back toward Israel. The western nations are heading down a very treacherous path.

God has it all in hand. it is God's land and He gave it to the Jewish nation. The Jews should trust him and not give any of it away. Peace will only return when the Lord returns. Come Lord Jesus.
John Harrop, England
Israel is the apple of his eye and as a nation today, even though secular, they are still in his hand of grace, like us the Messianic community. The land of Israel has every right to exist and flourish as any other nation on this planet recieves those same rights.
As a believer in Y'shua, I fully support the Jewish people and the State of Israel in their struggle for existence. Only Adonai can and will save them.
Lee, UK
I believe we have entered a new level of hatred against the Jews as displayed by the ongoing wave of suicide bomber attacks directed against the Jews by the Arab-Palestinian community. Unlike anti-Semitism of the past, this latest wave of violence also incorporates a religious face: ISLAM, a religion that now views murder/suicide as an honor-killing to murder a Jew or infidel (non-Muslim) which invokes the highest form of martyrdom. The current events incorporate "religious war" to table to an already unstable relationship between the Arabs and Jews have had since 1948. It is only a matter of time before the False Prophet and the Anti-Christ appear to take advantage of this situation by introducing their deceptive plan to an end the war between Israel and her Arab neighbors and bring a false peace to our chaotic world.

I think Israel as a secular
society is looking toward the world - the US in particular
to help it save itself. I don't think the God of Israel is
even considered in the equation.

I think Israel as a secular
society is looking toward the world - the US in particular
to help it save itself. I don't think the God of Israel is
even considered in the equation. The interesting thing is that
it doesn't matter who is the PM, they all want to give land
away! I can only imagine that things will get worse. Entering
the time of Jacob's trouble? I'm not sure - I just wonder
how much worse it can get. Although I'm sure that the "world" will
not allow things to contine as they are.
Chris, Australia
It seems to me the time of Jacob's trouble is only the beginning.
It's not only the Muslims, it's their "unknown" allies
in the media, academia, and the political world who will be culprits
of such hate against all Jews and Christians. Anyone who has
thrown out all absolutes from their thinking have opened their
minds to being brainwashed by the satanic realm -- preparing
them for the satanic onslaught against God and His people. The
Enemy
of our souls knows his time is short, and world events are being
shaped for his satan-messiah.
Clark Raulerson, USA
I truly believe according
to scripture that these are the birth pangs that are a prelude
to the appearing of THE Anti-christ. In regards to Jacob's
Trouble, I see the progression of anti-semitism to be more
intesified with the rejection of their Messiah-Jesus. Against
all odds
there is hope for Israel. "You will not see me again,
until you say, Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord"
Daniel, USA
I believe that Israel
did the right thing by assassinating Sheik Yassin (the assassin).
But Israel is totally surrounded by half a billion rich
fanatics
backed up by another half billion fanatics whose only desire
is to see Israel totally destroyed! Yes, we most definitely
are in the Time of Jacob's Trouble. Don't be
surprised if next year we see the Antichrist negotiating
some type of three-and-a-half year peace deal with Israel
and the Palestinians, fulfilling part of the prophecy in Daniel
chapter 9. Keep up
the good WORK!
Jim Hughes, Australia
I believe we are close
to the Antichrist's
appearance in the Middle East bringing a false peace.

I just finished reading
a book called Preachers of Hate by Kenneth Timmerman.
This is a must read for all supporters of Israel and true Christians.
If this is not The Time of Jacob's Trouble then it's right
around the corner. The Muslims have a more wicked agenda than
even
Hitler did. These are deadly serious times.
Danny
Knapp
I don't think it has
reached that stage as yet as we have had no sighting of the
anti-Christ. There are a few but the real one has not yet
appeared. All
other signs seem to be rapidly developing, but the Jews have
had nothing in comparison to the Holocaust or pograms over
the centuries.
We pray they will heed the warnings.
J.Tell, Australia
On the day of 9/11, I
had been listening to Jacob's territorial spirits teaching;"watch
Islam" he says at the end of the tape.
A big thing happened that day in the heavenlies.
Islam will
never cease to try to eradicate the Jews, only the LORD GOD,
THE
HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, will bring the true peace when He comes
to deliver
them and set up His Kingdom. The world and its leaders are
turning away from the Jews. God bless all who pray and stand
by her.
Gill Rodrigues, UK
The world seems blind
to the facts concerning the truth as Israel is blind to the
truth of the word of God. I believe that things will get much
worse. Opinion seems to be mounting against them.
Zechariah 12:3: "And it shall happen in that day that
I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all
who
would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all
nations of the earth are gathered against it."

The
situation can only be exacerbated. There

The situation
can only be exacerbated. There can be no place with Islam.
A time is coming when instead of condemning Israel for
sending tanks into Gaza, Britain will have no choice but
to send tanks into Bradford.
The Bradford riots, Lockerbie, and
the Rushdie affair prove this is inevitable. Just the other
day Moslems kicked a Scottish boy to death in Glascow.
Sheik
Yassin is in hell. The suicide bombers he sent to commit
murder are in hell. And the Israelis
rejecting Yeshua as their Messiah whom he murdered are in
hell. Let us pray that in His mercy God will save Jews and
Arabs. The Time of Jacob’s Trouble is inevitable. Yet
in the meanwhile, I pray God’s protection on Israel,
especially on believers both Jew & Arab, and the salvation
of both Jewish and Arab souls. I pray His wrath will be poured
out on Islam and a despondent Moslem world will see the lies
of Islam for what they are and seek Christ. Jesus is coming
soon.
